1. Who we are

Bizevora Technologies Private Limited is a company incorporated in India (CIN U62013PB2026PTC070047), with its registered office at H.No 27, VPO Nasrala, Jalandhar Road, Hoshiarpur, Punjab 146022, India. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act: we decide why and how it is used.

2. What we collect

When you send the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your business or organisation name, phone number and industry, if you choose to give them
• The topic you select and the message you write
• Your consent to be contacted about the enquiry

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, some technical information is processed automatically:

• Your IP address and browser details, which Cloudflare processes to deliver the website, keep short-lived technical logs and protect it from abuse
• Your IP address, held briefly in memory to limit repeated form submissions; it is not stored with your enquiry
• Anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party advertising tools, and we do not sell personal data. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

3. How we use it

We use your details only to:

• Read and respond to your enquiry, and follow up about it
• Keep a record of our conversation with you
• Keep the website and our inboxes secure, and prevent spam and misuse
• Meet our legal obligations

4. Why we are allowed to use it

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to privacy@bizevora.com; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Where the law requires us to keep or disclose information, we rely on the legitimate uses allowed under section 7 of the DPDP Act.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run this website and our email:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website, protects it from abuse, provides cookieless visit statistics and routes email sent to our bizevora.com addresses
• Google — hosts the company email inbox where enquiries and emails are delivered

Disclosure required by law

We may disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If Bizevora Technologies Private Limited is merged or acquired, the data would pass to the new owner under this policy.

6. Where your data is processed

Cloudflare delivers the website through its global network, and our email provider may store messages on servers outside India. Where data is transferred outside India, we do so only as the DPDP Act and any rules made under it allow.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact with you. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, we keep the related records for as long as that relationship and the law require.

8. How we protect it

The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Enquiries go straight to our company inbox and are not stored in a separate website database. Access to the inbox is limited to authorised people at Bizevora Technologies Private Limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Correct, complete or update it
• Erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it
• Withdraw your consent
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act

How to make a request

Write to privacy@bizevora.com from the email address you used with us, so we can confirm the request is yours. We will reply within 30 days.

10. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to privacy@bizevora.com and we will delete it.

11. Grievance Officer

For any concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@bizevora.com, or by post at Bizevora Technologies Private Limited, H.No 27, VPO Nasrala, Jalandhar Road, Hoshiarpur, Punjab 146022, India. We acknowledge complaints within 7 days and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your personal data, we will make that clear on this website.
